The Role: Workshop Technician
A hands-on, critical role at the heart of what we do — delivering world-class electrical installation and upgrade work on customer caravans and RVs.
Install & commission lithium battery systems, solar panels, inverters, DC-DC chargers and MPPT solar charge controllers
Wiring, cabling, fusing and electrical distribution — fully compliant with AS3001.2.2022
Fit monitoring systems, digital switching, Bluetooth and networked devices, and Victron Energy products including Cerbo GX
Fault diagnosis and rectification on existing electrical systems
Every job leaves the workshop clean, tidy, fully tested and handover-ready
Engage with customers professionally — explain the work, walk them through their new system with confidence
